This month’s DC Modern Luxury magazine does a nice job highlighting two “suite spots” in the heart of DC: Washington’s first W Hotel and The Jefferson. These two new arrivals do a nice job covering the varying demographics in DC’s hospitality market. True to W Hotel style and consistent with its brand values, the design will be a strong junxtaposition between traditional lines and contemporary style and attract the young and chic traveler visiting our nation’s capital. While the historically restored Jefferson Hotel uses its reserved and traditional style to appeal to the politically elite and mature luxury travelers.
Here at Tasty Concepts we have been fortunate enough to work with the Sales and Marketing team at The Jefferson Hotel to design the re-branding for the hotel, Plume restaurant, Quill bar, and Spa. Transforming this elegant, sleeping giant into an updated, classy hotel and resort was no easy task. The development of the new brand included even the smallest details, such as shopping bags, in-room video & papery, toiletry items, and chocolate boxes for the nightly turndown service.
